A storefront move touches more than the storefront. These were the connected workstreams I coordinated, including the related payment and subscription transitions.

Moved four storefronts, using Matrixify for data migration and reconfiguring metafields in the destination stores.
Related payment work spanned Stripe, Braintree, Recharge, and Shopify Payments. Subscriber-token migration involved Recharge’s ESM process and Shopify Professional Services, with a dedicated fallback strategy for PayPal tokens. These were staged transitions, not one simultaneous move.
Bokksu’s public storefront, captured October 29, 2026. Shown as context for the migration work; the current design and merchandising may include later changes by the brand team.
The work
Migrated four Shopify storefronts into a new Shopify Plus organization. Each store needed its apps and connections set up again: apps audited for multi-store vs single-store licensing, Shopify Flow automations rebuilt from scratch, API connections re-established, metafields reconfigured, and themes tested.
Used Matrixify for data migration and planned phased DNS cutovers to minimize downtime risk. Coordinated across the dev team and external vendors throughout.
Ran as program manager: scoping, sequencing, vendor coordination, QA sign-off, and post-migration monitoring. Engaged Shopify Professional Services as a coordination partner.
