Modernizing Easy USA ↗
A new Shopify store is one part of the work. I’m also building sales and operations tools, running marketing and merchandising, and working on new ways for customers to buy from us.
I’m Kelan. I started in customer support and kept getting more involved in how things work—and how to make them better.
Today, I’m helping modernize Easy USA, an established wholesale business. I work hands-on with AI to improve the store, connect its systems, and lay the groundwork for what comes next.
A few things I’ve worked on ↓
A new Shopify store is one part of the work. I’m also building sales and operations tools, running marketing and merchandising, and working on new ways for customers to buy from us.

I defined and designed an internal app that turns loose inventory into balanced wholesale cases. Built with Claude Code as the engineering partner, it compares packing plans, checks every count, and produces instructions for the warehouse.
I led an editorial project that helps boutique owners see the possibilities in our wholesale catalog—combining product-accurate AI imagery, a custom Shopify reading experience, and a plan for reaching new buyers.
I turned scattered knowledge about office equipment and cables into a visual map, workstation view, and editable port register—with unknowns tracked explicitly.
I built a system that connects buyer research with outreach, follow-ups, and a dashboard for tracking the work.
I’m building a way for wholesale customers to send full case packs directly to their recipients, with shipping and packing instructions carried through to staff.
I replaced manual weekly reporting with a private dashboard that reconciles sales channels, compares Shopify with the old store, and explains the numbers with AI-generated summaries.
One of my first AI-assisted builds, later used across three storefronts.
Replacing a page builder with sections the brand team could manage in Shopify.
Connecting gift wrap, printed notes, and packaging choices to fulfillment.
Automation, response workflows, and team processes built around Siena AI and Gorgias.
Coordinating payment changes across subscription systems and a new Shopify organization.
Rebuilding apps, automations, and connections during a Shopify Plus organization move.

My work has grown from customer support into operations, ecommerce, and leading a development team. Each step got me closer to building the things I thought could work better.
I like hands-on work. Even when I’m leading a team, I like being involved in figuring things out and building them.
AI is a substantial part of how I work now. It’s helped me take on projects I couldn’t have built the same way before, and it keeps giving me new things to learn.
More of my work history ↗In 2015–2016, I made music under the name WOOF. This site collects records, videos, and loose tracks from that time, alongside a few later releases.

A home library catalogued like a magazine. Browse 274 books as spines or covers, explore their connections, and see the collection through interactive charts.
A work-in-progress ambient music instrument that turns live weather into sound. Temperature, wind, and precipitation shape the tempo, harmony, and texture.
